WWICS Empowering Women Through Equal Opportunity Work Environment

What is one common thing between Indira Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Kalpana Chawla, Kiran Bedi, P T Usha, Rani Lakshmi Bai and your mother?They are all women.

Be it as politician, a care giver, an astronaut, a police person, an athlete, a warrior, or the most important person in your life, a mother. A woman has played many roles and has made an immovable mark everywhere.

Unfortunately, women are still fighting for an equal right in the world we are living in. The subject of women empowerment is still being debated.

Worldwide Immigration ConsultancyServices (WWICS) follows an equal opportunity work culture. It is evident from the nearly 100 women that are working in its Asian headquarter at Mohali, Punjab alone.
There are many women employees working at different national and international branches of WWICS. This shows the healthy, women friendly work environment that is there at WWICS.

To show its support towards girl child policy, WWICS provides monitory gift to an employee who is blessed with a baby girl. This is not all as there is a scheme to provide scholarships to a girl child of employees who achieve high score in their academics.

All this goes on to show how WWICS Group has always empowered women through its equal opportunity policy and by creating an environment where women feel completely safe to work.
